An excellent set of questions to run through with your colleagues or clients (or just in your own head) before beginning the process of planning user research.
If you're being asked to do some user testing on your website, or if you're trying to work out how to encourage colleagues and stakeholders to become a little more user focused, this could be a good way to start.
